The initial deposit is non-refundable and guarantees that the property will be reserved for you for the next 30-day period, and also that you won’t be affected by any increase in prices. Please note that there is an option for you to pay the initial deposit cash once you have come to Bulgaria, but in this case there is no guarantee the property will be still available.
